The Coordination Optimization Method of Operation Strategy and Capacity of Energy Storage Devices in Distribution Network Considering Demand Side Electricity Price

  • The coordinated operation of PV, energy storage and demand side response can smooth the load fluctuation and improve the economics of distribution network operation effectively. To improve the utilization rate of distribution network assets through active operation, the operation strategy of active distribution network is improved firstly in this paper. Under normal state, the price-based air-condition response model is built based on the heuristic rolling time window optimization method by taking the comfort and economy of user into account. Under fault state, the incentive-based air-condition demand side response model is built by considering user economic compensation, and the sharing strategy of generalized coordinated regulation for demand side resource is proposed to reduce redundancy backup of lines. Secondly, the economic benefit model of active operation for distribution network companies is built based on above operation strategies. In addition, the co-optimization of electricity price at demand side for distribution network,energy storage running strategy and energy storage allocation is studied to maximize the economic benefit of power distribution company. Then modified IEEE 33-bus distribution system is taken as simulation case. The simulation results verify effectiveness of the proposed method, and the influence of demand response participation rate of user load on energy storage configuration and the effect of the sharing strategy on improving application rate of distribution lines are analyzed, which provides a reference for the optimization and utilization of the generalized demand side resources in active distribution network.
