Abstract
The AC/DC active distribution network meets the development requirements of smart grid in the future. As a power electronic device, SOP can flexibly adjust the system power and effectively cope with power fluctuations when distributed power devices is integrated. This paper firstly constructed the grid structure of AC/DC active distribution network, and analyzed the control strategy of back-to-back voltage source SOP in detail. Aiming at the problems of high losses and voltage over-limit condition caused by the large number of distributed power supplies connected to the grid, an optimal control strategy of AC/DC active distribution network based on SOP was proposed. In this strategy, the optimization model is built with the aim of reducing power losses and regulating voltage over-limit condition, and an improved genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the problem. Finally, the example is simulated and used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed distribution network model and the proposed optimization control strategy.
