Fairness Coefficient Analysis of Power Dispatching in North China Area

  • Electricity market reform requires fair and equal treatment of all market participants. The fairness of electric power dispatching reflected by the completion rate of electricity is an important part of the fairness to the power plants. The Gini coefficient and the standard deviation display the differences of completion rate of electricity. The differences of the Gini coefficient and the standard deviation of the characterization ability of the fairness of electric power dispatching are discussed based on the data of North China Grid. Through the analysis of the data obtained of the Gini coefficient and the standard deviation, the conclusions are as follows: The Gini coefficient and the standard deviation get to the same conclusions in the fairness of electric power dispatching; the standard deviation of the data shows better response to the differences of the data, while the Gini coefficient data are more intuitive.
