Optimized Scheduling of Multi-source Microgrid Considering Micropower Supply Constraints

  • Implementation of “coal to electricity” and “coal to gas” and natural gas shortage lead to higher requirement for optimized scheduling of the microgrid. This paper studies optimized scheduling restricted by micro-power supplies efficiency and the transmission limit of natural gas system in a multi-supply microgrid, considering coupling relationship between natural gas and electric power system. Firstly, the gas-electric coupled system for micropower supplies models are built. The three-dimensional relationship of efficiency, output and the fuel flow is put forward focusing on the impact of natural gas shortage, determining its optimal output rang and efficiency. Secondly, the optimized scheduling model of multi-supply microgrid is built to minimize the operational and environmental cost and the energy exchange expense. Finally, the simulated result verifies that the proposed scheduling model can efficiently improve the micro grid operation economy.
