改善频率二次跌落的风储协调控制策略

Wind-storage Coordination Control Strategy for Improving Secondary Frequency Drop

  • 摘要: 高比例风电渗透系统中,风机直接退出调频可能造成严重的频率二次跌落,威胁电网安全稳定运行。为此,提出改善频率二次跌落的风储协调控制策略。首先,该策略对风机调频输出功率曲线进行改进,使风机发挥主导调频作用,并限制风机退出调频引发的功率偏差。其次,设计指数恢复型的储能调频功率曲线,充分发挥储能快速调节特性,缓解风机退出调频对系统频率的影响。最后,在DIgSILENT/PowerFactory软件中搭建两区域系统模型,仿真验证所提策略的有效性。结果表明,该策略通过限制风机功率跌落值可减小系统功率缺额,并配合储能的快速调节,可显著改善系统的频率二次跌落。

     

    Abstract: In a high penetration wind power system, the direct withdrawal of the wind turbine from the frequency regulation may cause a serious secondary drop in frequency, posing a potential threat to the safe and stable operation of the grid. To this end, in this paper we propose a wind storage coordination control strategy aiming to improve the situation of secondary frequency drop. First, by employing the strategy, the turbine output power curve is improved, so as to enable the turbine to assume a dominant frequency regulation role and limit the power deviation caused by the withdrawal of the turbine from frequency regulation. Secondly, the exponential recovery type of energy storage power curve is designedfor frequency regulation, aiming to give full play to the fast regulation characteristics of energy storage and mitigate the impact of wind turbine withdrawal from frequency regulation on the system frequency. Finally, a two-area system model is built in DIgSILENT/PowerFactory software, and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the strategy in this paper. The results demonstrate that the strategy can mitigate the system power deficit by limiting the turbine power dip value. Additionally, with the rapid regulation of energy storage, it can significantly enhance the frequency secondary drop of the system.
