基于配电网电能质量指标体系的多区域电动汽车充换电站比例规划

Proportional Planning for Multi-region EV Charging and Battery Swapping Stations Based on Dynamic Weighting of Power Quality Indexes in Distribution Networks

  • 摘要: 随着电动汽车渗透率的高速增长,不合理的充换电站比例规划会导致配电网电能质量和运行经济性下降,亟需建立配电网电能质量指标体系对充换电站的比例规划进行评估。传统指标体系赋权方式单一,且不能准确描述指标间相互关系。文中提出了基于改进序关系分析(G1-criteria importance though intercrieria correlation, CRITIC)组合赋权针对不同比例充换电站规划的配电网电能质量评价方法。首先,从配电网电压越限率及稳定裕度、馈线均衡度及损耗、电流谐波畸变率多个角度设立可量化指标,建立配电网电能质量指标体系;其次,采用Kendall相关系数对CRITIC客观赋权法进行改进,利用主客观组合赋权法对体系内各个指标进行赋权;然后,通过赋权后的指标体系对不同职能区域进行充换电站比例规划评估。最后,通过仿真实例分析,验证了所提配电网电能质量指标体系的合理性以及改进后赋权方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The rapid growth in the penetration rate of electric vehicles accompanies by the irrational proportional planning of charging stations and battery swapping stations, resulting in a decline of power quality and operational economy of distribution network. The establishment of a power quality index system is therefore imperative for evaluating the proportional planning. Traditional weighting methods for the index system fail to accurately describe the relationship between the indexes. As a result, an evaluation method for power quality of distribution network is proposed based on the G1 and the CRITIC methods. Firstly, the power quality index system of distribution network is established by quantifying indexes based on voltage overlimit rate and stability margin, feeder balance and loss, as well as current harmonic distortion rate. Secondly, the Kendall correlation coefficient is utilized to improve the CRITIC objective weighting method. Each index in the system is weighted by the subjective and objective combination weighting method. The proportional planning evaluation of Charging Stations and Battery Swapping Stations in different functional areas is then conducted using the weighted index system. Finally, the rationality of the proposed power quality index system and the effectiveness of the improved weighting method are verified through analysis of simulation examples.
