Robust Planning of Source-grid-storage System Considering Frequency Security Based on Improved N−k Uncertainty Set

  • 摘要: 随着高比例新能源接入电网,电力系统的频率稳定问题日益凸显。为在规划中计及频率安全要求,构建考虑机组容量与故障概率的改进Nk不确定集,以及保留了极端数据的风电负荷场景集。建立火-风-储系统的频率响应模型,推导满足一定置信度下的频率安全约束条件。建立计及频率安全机会约束的源网储鲁棒优化规划模型。通过列与约束生成(column-and-constraint generation method,CCG),将原问题转化为主-子问题进行迭代求解。最后,通过算例分析,验证所提模型的有效性。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing integration of renewable energy sources into the grid, frequency security issues in power systems have become increasingly prominent. In this paper, we incorporate frequency security requirements into the planning process by constructing an improved N-k uncertainty set that considers both unit capacity and unit failure probabilities, along with a wind power load scenario set that retains extreme data. A frequency response model for a thermal-wind-storage system is developed, and security constraints related to frequency that satisfies a certain confidence level are derived. Additionally, a robust optimization planning model for source-grid-storage systems is developed, which accounts for frequency safety chance constraints. The original problem is reformulated into a master-subproblem, which is iteratively solved using the column-and-constraint generation method (CCG). Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model is validated through case analysis.
