A Robust Division Method for Distribution Network Islands Considering Distributed Photovoltaic Flexible Operation Mode

  • 摘要: 为应对配电网供电恢复过程中分布式光伏(photovoltaic,PV)出力和负荷的随机性,提出考虑分布式PV灵活运行模式的配电网孤岛鲁棒划分方法。首先,将网络重构技术加入到配电网孤岛划分约束中,建立融入配电网重构的孤岛划分模型。在此基础上,综合考虑分布式PV发电机的黑启动模式、P-Q运行模式和P-V运行模式,建立基于分布式PV灵活运行模式的配电网孤岛划分新模型。然后,同时考虑分布式PV出力和负荷的随机性,采用1范数和∞范数对其特征场景概率分布进行约束,建立考虑分布式PV灵活运行模式的配电网孤岛鲁棒划分优化模型。最后,算例仿真结果表明,所提方法有效提升了配电网的负荷恢复能力与运行稳定性。

     

    Abstract: To address the randomness of distributed photovoltaic (PV) output and load during the power supply restoration process in distribution networks, a robust island division method considering the flexible operation mode of distributed PV is proposed. Firstly, network reconstruction technology is incorporated into the constraints of island division in the distribution network, and an island division model that integrates distribution network reconstruction is established. In light of this, a new island division model for distribution networks is established based on the flexible operation mode of distributed PV, considering the black start mode, P-Q operation mode, and P-V operation mode of distributed PV generators. Subsequently, with the randomness of distributed PV output and load taken into account, the probability distribution of its characteristic scenarios is constrained using the 1-norm and ∞-norm. Additionally, a robust partitioning optimization model for distribution network islands is developed, considering the flexible operation mode of distributed PV. Finally, through the comparative analysis of numerical examples, it is confirmed that the proposed method can effectively enhance the load recovery capability and operational stability of the distribution network.
