Study of Fast Electromagnetism Like Mechanism on In house Economic Operation of Hydropower Plant

  • 摘要: 水电站厂内经济运行问题在本质上是一个目标函数连续和变量离散的非线性约束优化问题。针对其求解困难, 本文将模型转换为只具有两界约束和离散约束条件的优化问题, 并首次将罚函数法和一种新型的群智能算法——仿电磁学算法融合起来对该优化问题进行求解。详细阐述了算法的改进过程、离散变量的处理和基本求解步骤。通过两个算例的仿真分析及其与遗传算法的比较可知所提算法在水电站厂内经济运行方面正确有效。

     

    Abstract: The in house economic operation of hydropower plant is a kind of nonlinear constraint optimizing problem involving in continuous objective function and discrete variables. To overcome the difficulty in solving this optimization problem, the model is converted to optimizing problem with discrete variables and bound constraints, and a novel method combined penalty methods and Fast Electromagnetism Like Mechanism (ELM) was presented to solve it. The improved process of ELM, processing of discrete variables and the basic solving step were discussed in detail. The rapidity and feasibility of ELM is verified by simulation results of two examples and its comparing with that of genetic algorithm, which shows that its application has a good future in in house economic operation of hydropower plant.
