Research on Monitoring of Arcing Current During Switching OperationBased on Rogowski Coil

  • 摘要: 为了检测开关的开合过程, 在试验中分别采用阻性、感性和容性负载, 基于带宽为3Hz~7.54MHz的Rogowski线圈电流传感器, 测量开关开合操作时电弧电流信号。当开关处于打开状态时, 采用滞后电弧电流作为描述间隙处于电流过零时的情形;当开关处于闭合状态时, 采用预击穿电弧和蹦跳电弧作为表征连接表面状态的参数。试验结果显示电流传感器能够有效获得开关动作时的电弧电流, 并且具有良好的动态和静态特性, 应用于在线监测开关开合过程是可行的。
    Abstract: When the experiments were performed with switching containing resistance, inductance and capacitance load respectively, the arcing current signals during the switching operation are measured to monitor the opening and closing process by using of current transducer based on Rogowski coil with a bandwidth from 3 Hz to 7.54 MHz. Under the opening condition, post arc currents are used to describe the gap phase with zero value of current. Under the closing condition, both prestrike arc and bounce arc are used to indicate parameter of the contacting surface state. The test results show that the current transducer can acquire the arc current signal effectively, and has good dynamic and static characteristics, which makes it possible to apply this method to online monitoring of the opening and closing process of switch.
