Research and Design of Intelligent Quick Charger for Electric Vehicle

  • 摘要: 为满足电动汽车蓄电池无损伤快速充电的需求, 提出将大功率开关电源变换技术应用于智能充电器。结合实际充电要求, 给出了电动汽车车载充电系统的总体方案, 并就方案中涉及到的大功率充电电源拓扑的选择, 控制电路设计及保护电路设计做了具体介绍。实验结果表明该充电电源可以在短时间内实现对动力蓄电池的无损伤充电, 满足快速充电的要求。文章所研究的车载智能充电器为新型电动汽车提供了一种可靠有效的充电设备, 具有很强的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: High power switch source converter technique that is applied to intelligent charger is presented in this paper to meet the requirement of fast and scatheless charging for the automobile storage batteries. As the need of charging, the total scheme of quick charging system for electric vehicle is given, and the selection of topology configuration of highpower charger, the design of control circuit and protection circuit are introduced in detail. Experimental results prove that the charging power can scathelessly charge for power batteries in short time, which meet the requirement of rapid charging. The study in this paper provides reliable and effective charging equipment for novel automobile vehicle and shows good application prospect.
