Research on the Integrated Decision\|making for Switching Station Construction

  • 摘要: 投建开闭所在增加配电网建设投资的同时也解决了变电站出线间隔紧张的问题。目前来说开闭所投建决策没有一个统一的标准, 本文提出了中压开闭所投建决策的综合模型, 运用用地仿真法进行负荷预测, 以可实施性为约束条件, 以经济性、可靠性两大指标为目标函数建模, 并且计及了资金的时间价值, 实际算例说明本模型科学有效, 可为开闭所的投建工作提供参考。
    Abstract: Building switching stations increase the investment of distribution network, but at the same time, it solves the problem of the shortage intervals substation outlet. At present, There isnt a uniform standard for decision\|making of switching stations construction. A comprehensive decision\|making model of switching station is proposed in this paper. In this model, the load is forecasted by using of land usage simulation method, with constraints of enforceability and model with objective functions of economy and reliability, and time value of cost is also considered. The practical example verifies the scientific validity of the model, which will be the reference for construction of switching station.
