火电机组湿法脱硫系统水耗建模与分析
Modeling and Analysis on the Water Consumption of the Wet Flue GasDesulphurization System in Thermal Power Plants

摘要: 以我国火电机组石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫系统为研究对象, 基于脱硫系统的水平衡关系, 对其水耗特性展开了较深入的研究。通过对脱硫系统各耗水点(主要包括了烟气带走的水蒸气、烟气携带液态水、石膏带走的水量以及排放的废水这4个部分)不同的耗水特性的分析, 建立了脱硫系统水耗的数学模型。并以典型300MW火电机组石灰石/石膏脱硫系统为例, 利用已建立的水耗数学模型, 对该脱硫系统的水耗情况进行了具体的计算, 同时对影响脱硫系统水耗的主要因素进行了进一步的分析, 得出烟气带走的水蒸气是构成脱硫系统水耗的最主要部分, 而烟气进、出脱硫吸收塔的温度则是影响脱硫系统水耗的最主要因素, 最后在此基础上对于脱硫系统的节水优化提出了建议。Abstract: Based on the water balance in limestone\|gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system, a mathematical model considering steam and water from flue gas carrier, gypsum and drainage is set up for the calculation of FGD systems water consumption. Taking a typical FGD system in 300MW thermal power unit as an example, its water consumption is calculated, and a further study on the main factors which influence the water consumption is conducted, the results show that the water taken away by the outlet flue gas of FGD absorption tower takes up the main part of the whole water consumption of the FGD system, while the inlet and outlet flue gas temperatures of the FGD absorption tower are the most important factors on the water consumption of the FGD system. A series of optimization proposals for water conservation are proposed consequently.
