An Optimal Operation Scheduling Method of Pumped Storage Station Based on Load Curve Quantification

  • 摘要: 在抽水蓄能电站运行优化过程中,从抽水蓄能电站参与负荷分配使火电机组运行环境改善的角度出发,提出了对火电机组承担的负荷曲线波动程度进行量化的思想和方法。以负荷曲线量化值最小为目标函数,在计及各种约束条件下运用动态规划法对抽水蓄能电站运行进行优化。并以广东省电网为例,对惠州抽水蓄能电站进行了运行优化,结果显示优化后火电机组承担的负荷曲线波动程度降低,提高了火电机组的发电负荷率,并对供电煤耗进行了校验。结论表明,对火电机组承担的负荷曲线波动程度进行定量计算的方法对抽水蓄能电站的优化运行调度有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In the process of optimal operation of pumped storage station, a method is put forward to calculate the volatility index for load curve of thermal units to improve operation condition of thermal units with the participation of pumped storage station.By taking the minimum quantification value of load curve as objective function, dynamic programming is used to optimized the operation of pumped storage station by considering various constraints.As to Guang dong power grid,the operation of Huizhou pumped storage station is optimized, and results show that the volatility degrees for optimized thermal power units are reduced, and their generating charge rates are improved. In the end, power supply coal consumption is also verified. Results show that the load curve quantification of thermal units has guiding significance for optimal operation and scheduling of pumped storage station.
