Multi-criteria Protection Technology Based on GOOSE in No Process Level Network

  • 摘要: 国家电网公司建议35kV及以下等级电网建设智能变电站时采用两层一网结构,无过程层网络,基于过程层信息共享的应用无法实现。为实现智能变电站多判据继电保护技术,提出采用GOOSE网络实现信息共享的方式,通过GOOSE网络传输开关量和模拟量,实现故障信息共享,构造基于GOOSE网的多判据继电保护技术,对GOOSE报文进行了深入分析并提出可靠区分GOOSE报文中不同设备信息的方法。结合GOOSE网的传输机制,重点研究实现母线保护和单相接地保护的方案,并提出传统保护改造的实施方案,有效解决无过程层网络下实现多判据保护的难题,推动IEC61850标准在配电领域的应用。

     

    Abstract: The state grid corporation proposes that power grid with the 35kV and lower voltage level should apply two layers network structure with no process level network when building smart substations, so a lot of applications based on process layer sharing information cant be achieved. In order to realize multi-criteria relay protection technology for smart substation, GOOSE network is proposed to realize information sharing mode, based on which switch and analog signal are transmit. Therefore, information sharing is realized, multi-criteria relay technology based on GOOSE network is built, the GOOSE message is analyzed thoroughly, and reliable methods to distinct GOOSE messages in different devices are put forward finally. By Combining the GOOSE network transmission mechanism, the schemes of busbar protection and single-phase grounding protection are mainly studied. And the improved implementation plan of the traditional protection is proposed, which effectively solve the hard problem of realizing multi-criteria relay protection technology in no process level network and promote the application of IEC61850 standards in the power distribution.
