A Lightning Vulnerability Evaluation Method in Medium VoltageDistribution Networks

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于层次分析法(AHP)的配电网遭受雷电灾害的易损性评估方法,以指导配电网运营商制定运行维护计划和开展差异性抗灾规划。文章主要分为3部分:首先,总结雷电灾害对配电网的影响机理,提出配电网雷电易损性指标,同时建立相应的综合评价指标体系;其次,将配电网雷电易损性指标划分出轻微、中等和严重3个等级,并提出配电网雷电易损性评估法的应用流程;最后,对4个地区15年间的配电网遭受雷电灾害并发生故障的风险进行评估,验证了本文提出方法的有效性。
    Abstract: In this paper, a lightning vulnerability evaluation method for MV distribution networks based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process is proposed to help the decision-makers formulate the maintenance schedules and difference planning. This paper can be divided into three parts. Firstly, the impact mechanism of lightning on distribution networks is summarized, the lightning vulnerability indicator is proposed, and the corresponding comprehensive evaluation index system is established at the same time. Secondly, the lightning vulnerability index is classified into mild, moderate and severe level, and the application process is presented to assess lightning vulnerability evaluation method for MV distribution network. In the end, the fault risks that 4 distribution networks being simultaneously struck by lightning during the period from 1996 to 2015 are assessed, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
