Rapid Reconstruction Method of Load Balancing for Distribution Network Based on Feeder Pairs

  • 摘要: 为了实现配网重构的在线应用,使网络中负荷均衡,提高网络可靠性,本文提出了一种基于馈线偶的配网快速重构方法。该方法以馈线偶为单位,利用最佳转移负荷公式在馈线偶内转移负荷,以达到馈线偶内的快速负荷均衡。在此基础上,对全网进行负荷均衡化。全网均衡化按照馈线偶的负荷不均衡程度从重到轻依次进行,重构中通过对馈线偶优化标记的标定及消除,最终达到全网负荷均衡化的目的。算例分析表明本文方法快速有效,可以满足网络重构在线应用的要求。
    Abstract: For achieving online application, a fast reconfiguration method of distribution network is presented based on feeder pairs to make the network load balance and improve network reliability in this paper. The feeder pairs is treated as a unit by this method and the optimal transfer load formula is used to transfer load in feeder pairs to rapidly achieve load balancing within the feeder pairs. Then loads are balanced in whole network on this basis. The whole network balance is ranked from heavier to lighter according to the load unbalanced degree of feeder pairs. The purpose of whole network load balancing will achieve finally through marking and eliminating the optimization symbol of the feeder pairs in reconfiguration. In the end, two examples are given to verify the rapidness and effectiveness of the proposed method, which can meet the online application requirements of distribution network reconfiguration.
