Dynamic Fault Restoration in Distribution Network Based on Entropy-weightTOPSIS and MAS

摘要: 本文提出基于熵权TOPSIS的配电网故障分阶段动态恢复方法,并融入到MAS(多代理系统)的设计中。通过对相似日的数据挖掘,预测故障后各时刻的DG出力与负荷情况以解决不确定性问题。在满足约束的情况下,根据TOPSIS法对多个可行方案进行优选。执行最优方案后,对各恢复区域进行合理的可中断负荷的投切,以充分利用恢复电源或及时切除越限负荷。依据本文故障动态恢复的方法,设计了含有BA(bus agent)、SA(state agent)和SSA(state subset agent)三层结构的故障动态恢复多代理系统。最后,通过典型配电网接线模式对本文设计进行了解析,表明该设计可行。Abstract: A phased dynamic fault restoration approach based on the entropy-weight TOPSIS for distribution network is given, and it is applied to the design of MAS in this paper. After failure, in order to solve uncertainty problem, DG output and load at each time are forecasted according to the data mining of similar days. In the case of satisfying the constraints, the optimal solution is obtained based on TOPSIS. After applying the optimized strategy, reasonable load shedding in power restoration region can be carried out to make good use of restorable power sources or to cut excessive load in time. In this paper, a three-decker dynamic fault restoration multi-agent system which contains bus agent(BA), state agent(SA) and state subset agent(SSA) is designed. In the end, the feasibility of the design is proved through parsing the typical connection mode of distribution network.
