联网光伏发电系统调度运行控制方法研究

摘要: 光伏联网是光伏发电系统的主流发展趋势,由于光伏出力受光照、温度等环境因素的影响呈现明显的随机性与不可控性,大容量光伏联网给电网调度带来一定困难。为了适应大容量光伏电源接入电网运行,本文采用混合储能平滑系统输出功率来提高联网光伏系统的可调度性,提出了一种基于不同补偿周期的双层混合储能能量管理方法,以实际供电曲线和调度曲线相关性、储能系统成本为优化目标,采用一种改进的基于小生境技术的Pareto遗传算法进行优化求解。通过算例优化配置了储能系统容量,分析验证了所提能量管理方法的合理性和有效性。Abstract: Grid-connected photovoltaic system is the main development trend of photovoltaic generation systems. The power output of PV is random and uncontrollable because it is influenced by such factors as sunlight and temperature, large-capacity grid-connected photovoltaic power brings certain difficulties in power grid dispatching. In order to connect large-capacity photovoltaic power with power grid, hybrid energy storage is used to smooth power output for improving the schedulability of grid-connected photovoltaic system. A kind of double-deck energy management method is put forward based on different compensatory period in this paper. Taking the cost of energy storage system and the correlation between actual power supply curve and the power dispatching curve of photovoltaic system as the optimized objectives,an improved technology named Pareto genetic algorithm based on niche is applied to obtain optimized solution. In the end, the capacity of energy storage system is optimally equipped by cases, and the rationality and validity of the proposed energy management strategy is analyzed and verified.
