Reliability Assessment of Distribution Network Considering the Influence of Transmission System and Substations

  • 摘要: 传统电力系统可靠性评估均基于各自电压等级单独计算,虽能够发现各级电网的薄弱点,但不能体现上下级电网间的相互影响。本文考虑了主网影响和不同变电站主接线模式,建立了一种自上而下的全电压等级的可靠性评估方法,从而实现考虑上级电网影响的配电网可靠性评估,并以实际电网为算例,分别计算传统可靠性评估和全电压等级可靠性评估的系统可靠性指标。计算结果表明,本文提出的全电压等级的可靠性评估方法所计算的指标更能真实反映用户实际供电可靠性水平。最后,通过对比不同变电站接线模式下用户可靠性指标,分析了接线优化对用户可靠性的影响。
    Abstract: Traditional reliability assessment methods of power system are based on their respective voltage grade, the weak spot of their own system can be discovered in this way, but it cant reflect the interaction between transmission system and distribution system. Considering the effect of transmission system and substation main electrical wiring, a top-down approach about overall voltage level reliability assessment is proposed in this paper. Taking an actual grid as example, the result shows that reliability index which is calculated by proposed method can truly reflect the power supply reliability level. Through the comparison of users’ reliability index, the influence of different substation main electrical wiring is analyzed.
