家居智能用电水平指标体系构建方法研究

摘要: 完善与细化智能电网评价指标是必然趋势。作为智能电网的主要利益者,提高用户智能用电水平是智能电网建设的重要部分,因此从系统性、典型性、可比性原则出发构建评价家居智能用电水平的指标体系。首先进行专家群决策补充指标集,提高了原体系全面性,然后应用数学规划方法估计原始判断矩阵与理想值之间的偏差,结合专家群可信度,提出了一种体现专家决策误差的指标权重区间计算模型,并对弱权重指标进行筛选,提高指标体系精炼性,最后对实际小区的智能用电方面进行评价,评价结果表明优化后的指标体系能有效、可靠地评价家居智能用电水平。Abstract: It is an inevitable trend to develop and refine the evaluation index of smart grid. Being one of the main stakeholders, to improve users ability of smart electricity consumption is an important part in smart grid. Therefore, the household smart electricity consumption index system is built based on such principles as systematicness, typicality and comparability. At first, the method of expert group decision is used to supplement the index set, which enhances the comprehensiveness of the original system. Then mathematical programming method is applied to estimate the deviation between the original judgment matrix and the ideal value, and a kind of interval calculation model for index weights that reflects experts decision bias is proposed by combining with experts credibility. In addition, the weak weight index is eliminated to improve the conciseness of the index system. In the end, the index is applied to evaluate the actual community, whose results show that the optimized index system can effectively and reliably evaluate the level of household smart electricity consumption.
