摘要: 随着电动汽车的规模化推广,形成了电动汽车充电站的不同规划方案,如何综合评价这些规划方案的合理性对充电站的建设至关重要。本文建立电动汽车充电站选址规划两级多指标综合评价模型,通过对一级和二级指标分别利用粗糙集理论与遗传算法结合的属性约简方法,去除冗余指标,确定各指标权重,将无量纲化的指标值与权重进行合理分配,以此更加准确、严密的确定可行的选址规划方案。实例证明本文提出的综合评价方法具有全面性和可行性。Abstract: With the large-scale application of electric vehicles, different planning schemes of electric vehicle charging station have been formed, while how to comprehensively evaluate the rationality of these planning schemes is essential to construct the charging station. In this paper, a comprehensive two-level and multi-index evaluation model of location planning for electric vehicle charging station is built. By using the attribute reduction method that combine the rough set theory with the genetic algorithm, the redundancy index is removed for first-level and second-level indexes, the weights of each index are determined, and the non-dimensionalized index value and the weight are reasonably allocated to determine feasible location planning scheme more accurately and rigorously. The example demonstrates the comprehensiveness and feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation method of proposed evaluation method.
