配电系统实际运行的剩余供电能力计算方法

Calculation Method of Residue Supply Capability in Actual Operation of Distribution Systems

  • 摘要: 现有配电系统最大供电能力模型(TSC)充分研究了配电网的供电能力,适用于规划未来配电系统和评估已有配电系统,本文改进了已有的TSC模型,得到了一种更适合指导智能配电系统运行的剩余供电能力计算方法。首先,简要介绍了配电网的TSC模型及相关定义;其次,提出了剩余供电能力的概念,改进已有TSC模型得到了剩余供电能力数学模型,并给出求解方法;再次,介绍了剩余供电能力的特点,表明剩余供电能力更适合指导配电系统运行;最后,结合算例说明本文模型的实用性和正确性。本文工作定义了一种配电系统剩余供电能力并给出了计算方法,完善了配电网供电能力的理论体系,其更适合指导电网运行,有利于高效利用配电网的供电潜力、提高资产利用率。

     

    Abstract: The total supply capability (TSC) model fully studied the power supply capability of the existing distribution system, which is suitable to planning future power distribution systems and evaluating existed distribution systems. In this paper, the existing TSC model is improved, and a residue supply capability (RSC) calculation method which is more suitable to guide the operation of smart distribution network is presented. Firstly, the TSC model and related definitions are briefly introduced. Secondly, the concept of RSC is defined, the mathematical model of RSC is modified, and the solution method is given. Thirdly, the characteristics of the RSC are introduced, which shows that RSC is more suitable to guide the operation of distribution network. Finally, examples are given to illustrate the practicability and correctness of the proposed model. In this paper, the definition of RSC is defined, relative calculation algorithm is given, and the theoretical system of power supply capability is completed, which shows that it is more suitable for guiding the operation of distribution network, is conducive to the efficient usage of the power supply potential, and improves asset utilization.
