Critical Technology and Its Application of Multi-energy System Planning and Decision-making for Regional Energy Internet

  • 摘要: 本文在剖析能源互联网发展新趋势基础上,深入分析区域能源互联网多能系统的发展挑战并对多能系统的规划决策技术开展深入研究,针对多能系统中多能能量规划、响应建模、系统多能节点调度分析与系统运行发展评价等现实需求设计了求解办法。同时,构建了基于“大云物移”新技术的信息通信支撑体系,实现多能系统的信息互通与共享。并以浙江能源互联网实际需求为基础,对能源互联网多能系统规划决策关键技术进行了案例验证,以此为基础搭建了能源互联网多能系统综合能源管理系统架构,包括业务架构、数据架构、技术架构与系统布置等,为能源互联网多能协同规划、优化控制与科学评价的系统实现提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on developing trends of the energy internet, the developing challenge of multi-energy system for regional energy internet is deeply analyzed, and corresponding planning and decision-making are studied. In addition, solving methods for such real requirements as energy planning for multi-energy system, response modeling, dispatch analysis of multi-energy bus and system operation development are designed. Furthermore, information and communication support system is built based on “Big Data-Cloud Computing-Internet of Things-Mobile Internet” new technique to achieve the information sharing for multi-energy system. On the basis of real requirement of Zhejiang energy internet, critical technique of multi-energy system planning and decision-making for energy internet are verified through cases study, which include business structure, data structure, technique framework and system allocation, etc. This work provides reference for system realization of multi-energy coordinated planning, optimized control and scientific evaluation for energy internet.
