涡流发生器强化换热和压降特性的实验设计
Experimental Design for Heat Transfer Enhancement and Pressure Drop Characteristics of Vortex Generators

摘要: 针对强化气侧换热是提高换热器效能的关键, 设计建立了研究涡流发生器强化换热性能和压降特性的实验测试系统。通过对涡流发生器强化换热机理及压降特性的分析, 建立了研究不同结构和尺寸的涡流发生器的实验装置, 并详细介绍了实验方案和程序。实验采取的是气水逆流换热装置, 空气、热水入口温度在基本保持不变的情况下, 测量换热板壁面温度、气水进出口温度、水流量、风速和气侧压降, 研究不同工况下涡流发生器的强化换热性能和压降特性。可选取不同形状的涡流发生器进行对比性实验和优化实验, 以更好地评价涡流发生器的性能, 为涡流发生器的模型优化和改进提供实验基础。Abstract: Gas side heat transfer enhancement is the key to improve the performance of heat exchangers. The experimental test system is designed and established to study the performance of heat transfer enhancement and pressure drop characteristics of the vortex generators. Through analysis of the heat transfer enhancement mechanism and the pressure drop characteristics of vortex generators, the experimental apparatus is set up to study and evaluate the performance of vortex generators of different sizes and structures. The test program and procedures are presented. The experiment is designed as counter flow heat transfer with the entrance temperature of cold wind and hot water unchanged basically. The plate wall temperature, the inlet and outlet temperature of air and water, flow rate of water, air side velocity and pressure drop are measured. The properties of heat transfer enhancement and pressure drop characteristics of vortex generators are investigated under different operating conditions. Different shapes of vortex generators are selected to carry out comparative and optimized experiments. It may provide experimental basis for the optimization and improvement of the model and arrangement of the vortex generators.
