Abstract:
The default energy generated in the dispatch concerning LA may compromise the reliability of load-source coordination system. When there is the mismatch between the regulation task and characteristic of LA, default energy would happen. The index of LA flexibility is put forward as supplementary information of LAs’ regulation characteristic. Based on this, a load-source coordination model is established to maximize the consumption of congested wind power and minimize the dispatching cost. And in the model, compensation cost of LA is determined by the flexibility. Then a load-source coordination method considering the flexibility of LA is proposed. Finally, case study verifies that the proposed method can effectively reduce the default energy during the implementation of the dispatching scheme.
