摘要: 在电力市场环境下, 随着省电力公司与发电厂商共同竞价的双边竞争区域电力市场的形成, 研究了供需双方的报价策略和市场稳定策略点问题。以南方区域电力市场规则为例, 分析了省电力公司与发电厂商报价策略的不同。应用演化博弈理论中的多群体复制动态博弈模型, 对省电力公司与发电厂商竞价策略的演化过程进行模拟并研究其演化稳定策略。实际算例表明, “发电厂商报低价售电”与“省电力公司报高价购电”为市场演化稳定策略, 与南方电网电力市场的实际模拟运行情况相符, 可为市场监管和供需双方确定报价策略提供技术参考。Abstract: In the electricity market environment, with the formation of regional power market of the provincial power companies and power companies in bilateral co bidding competition, the issues of both supply and demand pricing strategy and market stability strategic points are studied. Under the southern regional electricity market rules, the provincial power companies and power generation companies of different bidding strategies are analyzed. The evolutionary game theory of multi population replicator dynamics model is applied to simulate the evolution process and the evolutionarily stable strategies of the provincial power companies and the power companies bidding strategy. Results demonstrate that low priced sale of electricity power and high priced of the provincial power company are the market stability strategies, which is in accord with the result of simulation operation. The model can provide reference for the market regulators and the market participants to determine bidding strategy.
