  • 摘要: 为保证电网自愈控制中对开关设备操作的正确性, 基于IEC 61850对闭锁功能逻辑节点(CILO)进行必要的扩充和构造, 设计一套基于全网的广域安全防御体系。首先介绍了自愈功能的实现条件和基础, 然后详细研究了广域环境下自愈控制开关设备的操作过程中变电站层、广域保护层在线互锁机制的实现, 广域闭锁逻辑由闭锁安全指标集中到广域保护层进行计算生成。

     

    Abstract: To guarantee the operation correctness of switching equipment during self healing control of power grid, it is necessary to extent and set up CILO based on IEC 61850, and to design wide area security defense system. Firstly, the realizing condition and basis of self healing function is discussed, then the realization of online interlocking mechanism in substation layer and wide area protection layer during operation of self healing control switching equipment is studied in detail, and wide area locking logic is generated by calculation of locking security index in wide area protection layer.
