Study on Unit Commitment Algorithm of Energy Saving Generation Dispatch

  • 摘要: 根据节能发电调度的要求, 设计了顺序投入法与动态规划法相结合的优化方法来确定机组的开机方式, 对各时段机组的负荷分配采用等耗微增率法, 并将发电机组污染物排放水平引入到机组排序中, 顺序投入法与动态规划法的结合有效解决了动态规划法的维数问题, 并可弥补优先顺序法可能丢失最优解的缺陷, 可较快得到满意解;另外, 对机组的功率响应速度约束进行了考虑, 通过定义路径, 对路径寻优解决了时段耦合问题, 实例计算结果表明了该方法的有效性和正确性。

     

    Abstract: Based on the requirement of energy-saving generation dispatch, a new optimizing method that combines dynamic programming algorithm and priority list method is proposed to determine the operation mode of units in this paper, the equal incremental principle is used to allocate load of unit at each time, and the wastage discharge of generator unit is introduced in unit list. The combination of list method and dynamic programming algorithm can deal with dimension problem of dynamic programming algorithm, and avoids losing optimizing solution by priority list method. In addition, by considering power response speed of units, path optimizing resolves time coupling problem through defining path. The example results show the validity and correctness of this method.
