Reliability Analysis of Superconducting Cable Applying in Aluminum Plant for Energy Saving

  • 摘要: 针对电解铝厂节能降损的问题, 设计了高温超导电缆整流系统的节能方案。为验证方案的可靠性, 在 PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了整流系统的模型, 针对超导电缆整流机组并联运行的启停操作和故障情况进行仿真。结果显示超导电缆整流设备的各种启动(退出)过程不会对原系统正常运行造成影响, 超导电缆故障时可安全退出配电系统, 不会对系统造成冲击。最后根据仿真结果提出了超导电缆系统改造时的注意事项。

     

    Abstract: The energy saving scheme of high temperature superconducting cable rectifier system is designed according to the loss reducing and energy saving problems in electrolytic aluminum factory. To verify the reliability of this scheme, the model of rectifier system is built by PSCAD/EMTDC, and simulation is carried out by considering start stop operation and fault condition of shunt operation of superconducting cable rectifier units. Results show that all startup (exit) of superconducting cable rectifier equipment have no influence on normal operation of original system, and can exit from distribution system after fault occurs in superconducting cable. Finally, some attentions should be paid according to simulation results when reconstruct system cables.
