基于空间矢量法的多相电机绕组磁动势的分析

摘要: 多相电机的绕组通常可以看作是由几个空间上互差一定角度的多套对称三相绕组组成的, 因此以三相绕组为基本分析单元, 在很大程度上可简化多相电机绕组磁动势的分析。通过分析互差任意角度的两套三相绕组各自合成的某次磁动势的解析表达式, 得到了二者相位差的通用表达式。以此为基础, 利用磁动势的矢量合成关系, 给出了一种新的思路来分析多相电机的磁动势——空间矢量法。并以十二相电机为算例, 验证了空间矢量法直观、简捷的优点。空间矢量法的运用很好地解决了多相电机绕组磁动势计算分析复杂的问题, 还可以方便地设计多相电机的绕组分布, 以达到消除某次谐波磁动势的目的。Abstract: Multi phase motor can be designed as a composition of a certain number of three phase winding. The analysis on magnetomotive force of the multi phase motor winding can be greatly simplified if the three phase winding is used as a separate unit. A general expression of phase difference is presented by analyzing the respective magenetomotive force from two sets of the three phase winding. A new method of the space vector method is presented to make the magnetomotive force analysis of the multi phase motor easy and applicable. The twelve phase motor is presented as an example to support the advantages of the space vector method. The space vector method can be utilized to design the winding of multi phase motor to eliminate a certain harmonic magnetomotive force.
