Research on Impact of Different Structure on Harmonic Wave of Magnetic Field and Excitation Current for Quadrupole Nuclear Turbo generator

  • 摘要: 为比较百万千瓦半速发电机组在不同结构时的稳态运行性能, 以便为百万千瓦核电发电机设计提供参考数据, 采用稳态有限元方法, 针对不同转子分度数、转子不同槽型等结构对发电机运行工况进行有限元计算, 得出一套百万千瓦电机在结构发生变化时的稳态运行性能对比数据。经过分析比较得出结论:大型半速核电发电机采用定子槽上下层导体不等截面积、较大的转子分度数、不同的转子槽型等结构, 可以提高发电机的运行性能, 改善电势波形系数, 在半速核电发电机的设计中应尽可能采用这几种比较有优势的电机结构。

     

    Abstract: In order to compare the steady state operation performance of half speed millions kilowatts generator with different structure, and to provide reference data for the electrical design, comparison data of steady state operation performance calculated by FEM is obtained as to different sub degree in rotor and slot type of stator and rotor. Conclusions are obtained from analysis and comparison that large scale half speed nuclear generator with such structures as unequal section area of conductor in upper and lower slot of stator, larger sub degree in rotor and different slot depth of rotor, can improve the operation performance of generator and potential wave factor. Therefore, such generator structures should be adopted when designing half speed nuclear generator.
