Economic Dispatch Model Considering Weather Impact on Supply and Demand Side of Electric Vehicle Connected to Household Microgrid

  • 摘要: 天气因素对电动汽车接入家庭(vehicle-to-home, V2H)微电网经济调度有显著的影响,仅从供给或需求侧量化其影响无法反映源荷间的实际联动关系。从分析典型V2H微电网结构入手,在供给侧和需求侧,分别搭建了受天气影响的光伏与储能装置出力模型和电动汽车负荷与家庭负荷模型;由此,建立了以局域用户电能支出成本为目标的V2H微电网经济调度模型,并采用粒子群算法对4种典型天气情形下的经济调度策略进行求解。仿真实验表明,为克服天气对V2H微电网经济效益的显著影响,选择合理的储能单元是必要手段,其单元容量、充放电次数等性能参数对优化调度结果有直接影响;同时考虑供给侧和需求侧的微电网经济调度模型较传统单一侧调度更能反映实际系统联动情况,验证了所提模型的合理性与有效性。

     

    Abstract: Weather factors have a significant impact on the economic dispatch of V2H microgrid. Only to quantify the impact from the supply or demand side cannot reflect the actual linkage between the source and load. Starting from the analysis of typical V2H microgrid structure, establishes the output model of photovoltaic and energy storage devices affected by weather on the supply-side, and the load model of electric vehicles and households affected by weather on the demand side. Therefore, this paper builds a V2H microgrid economic dispatching model with minimal local user energy expenditure cost as the optimized objective. PSO algorithm is used to solve the optimized strategies under four typical weather conditions. The simulation results show that it is necessary to configure a reasonable energy storage unit to overcome the remarkable weather’s influence on the economic benefits of V2H microgrid. The size, charging and discharging time, and other performance parameters have a direct impact on the optimal dispatching scheme. The economic dispatching model considering both supply and demand sides can reflect the actual system linkage better than the traditional single-side dispatch model, which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model.
