Multi-source Micro-grid Operation Optimization Considering Uncertain Electricity Price Demand Response

  • 摘要: 为提高微网供需两侧的经济运行水平,分析价格弹性系数不确定性给微网需求侧和供应侧带来的成本影响,在微网需求侧,建立了考虑价格弹性系数不确定性的需求响应成本效益模型;然后在微网供应侧,以经济运行成本和环境成本为优化目标,结合微网实际运行约束,建立了考虑不确定性价格需求响应的微网经济运行优化模型,提出一种新的差分粒子群混合算法作为优化模型的求解方法。采用基准函数作优化对比测试,验证了改进算法的有效性和可靠性。通过仿真实验结果得出:考虑价格弹性不确定性因素,会增加微网需求响应成本,同时,加入不确定性因素后微网供应侧运行效益有所降低。

     

    Abstract: To improve the economic operation level at both supply and demand sides of microgrid, the influences of price elastic coefficient uncertainty on the cost at the both sides was analyzed. Firstly, at the demand side of microgrid, a demand-response cost-effectiveness model, in which the uncertainty of price elastic coefficient was taken into account, was established. Secondly, at the supply side of microgrid, taking economic operation cost and environment cost as optimal objectives and combining with practical operational constraints in microgrid, an economic operation optimization model of microgrid, in which the uncertain price demand response was taken into account, was established, and then a new hybrid difference particle swarm optimization was proposed as the solving method for the established optimization model, in which the benchmark functions was utilized to conduct the contrastive test to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the improved algorithm. Simulation results show that the demand response cost of microgrid increases while the price elastic uncertain factor is taken into account, besides, the operation benefit at the supply side of microgrid decreases to some extent while the uncertain factors are added.
