考虑荷电状态约束的储能参与电网一次调频综合控制策略

An Integrated Control Strategy for Energy Storage Participating in Primary Frequency Regulation Considering State of Charge Constraint

  • 摘要: 电池储能具有响应速度快、控制精度高、容量配置灵活的优点,近年来在电网调频中得到广泛关注。但传统控制方式易造成电池过充或过放,给电网运行及电池使用带来负面影响。针对该问题,提出一种考虑荷电状态 (state of charge,SOC)约束的储能参与电网一次调频综合控制策略。首先,构建储能电池参与电网一次调频的自动发电控制(automatic generation control, AGC)模型,提出根据电池SOC约束进行储能容量配置的方案。其次,通过对储能虚拟惯性控制及虚拟下垂控制的特征分析,根据电网频率偏差动态变化进行分配比例系数的设计,实现2种方式参与度的平滑改变。再次,以适应于电池SOC状态的参数自适应调节为目标,进行储能充放电控制系数的调整,以改善调频性能及电池SOC的变化特征。最后,通过多种方法的仿真对比,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the fact that battery energy storage possesses such advantages as fast response speed, high control accuracy and flexible capacity configuration, it gains wide attention recently in power grid frequency regulation. However, traditional control method is easy to make over-charge or discharge of the battery, so the power grid operation and battery use are affected. In allusion to this situation, considering the state of charge (abbr. SOC) constraint an integrated control strategy with the participation of energy storage for power grid primary frequency regulation is proposed. Firstly, an automatic generation control (abbr. AGC) model with energy storage battery participating in power grid primary frequency regulation was constructed, and a scheme to conduct the configure the energy storage capacity according to SOC constraint of the battery was proposed. Secondly, by means of the feature analysis on virtual inertial control for energy storage and virtual droop control the distribution proportion coefficient was designed according to the dynamic change of power grid frequency deviation, thus the smooth change of the participation degree of the two ways was realized. Thirdly, taking the parameter adaptive regulation suited to the SOC condition of the battery as the objective, the adjustment of charging and discharging control coefficients of energy storage was carried out to improve the frequency regulation performance and the change feature of SOC of the battery. Finally, by means of the simulation comparison of various methods the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
