新能源场站储能系统的鲁棒优化配置策略

Robust Optimization Configuration Strategy for Energy Storage System of New Energy Station

  • 摘要: 为提高新能源场站的调节能力,提出新能源场站储能系统的鲁棒优化配置模型。该模型引入鲁棒理论,针对新能源发电的随机性建立不确定合集,应用极端情况外的运行概率值来量化系统鲁棒性,科学地平衡系统的经济性与保守性,弥补传统鲁棒优化配置结果过于保守的不足。针对模型特点提出一种改进的鲸鱼算法进行求解。基于算例验证所提模型的有效性,并对发电不确定性影响下新能源场站储能配置的经济性与鲁棒性做定量分析。为解决高比例新能源接入电网的安全生产问题、支撑清洁电网的发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To improve the regulation ability of new energy stations, a robust optimization allocation model of energy storage system for new energy stations, which the robust theory was led into, was proposed. In allusion to the randomness of new energy power generation, an uncertain aggregation was established and the robustness of the system was quantized by the operational probability out of extreme cases (abbr. POE) to balance the economy and the conservative property of the system scientifically to remedy that the result of traditional robust optimization allocation result was too conservative. According to the feature of the proposed model, an improved whale algorithm was put forward to solve the proposed model. Based on the computing example, the effectiveness of the proposed model was verified and the economy and robustness of the energy storage configuration of the new energy station under the affection of uncertain power generation were quantitatively analyzed. To cope with the power grid production security due to grid-connection of high proportion of new energy and to support the development of clean power grid, the proposed method is available for reference.
