Active Distribution Network Reliability Evaluation Considering Automation Equipment Failure in Multiple Scenarios

  • 摘要: 针对“双碳”目标将推动电力系统清洁能源接入与智能化配电网设备发展的情况,提出在多场景下考虑配电网自动化设备故障的主动配电网可靠性评估方法。首先采用拉丁超立方抽样法与时间序列分割聚类算法生成场景。再基于设备健康指数理论建立多场景下的自动化设备故障模型,以及综合考虑多场景下的源-荷模型,计算孤岛的实时形成概率与该时段下自动化设备运行情况,进而对配电网可靠性进行评估,计算系统可靠性指标,最后通过IEEE-RBTS BUS6 F4算例证明该方法与模型的有效性。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes an active distribution network reliability assessment method that takes into account the failure of distribution network automation equipment in multiple scenarios, in view of the "double carbon" target that will promote the development of clean energy access and intelligent distribution network equipment in power systems. Firstly, Latin hypercube sampling method with time series segmentation clustering algorithm is used to generate scenarios. Then, based on the theory of equipment health index to establish a fault model of automation equipment under multiple scenarios, as well as a comprehensive consideration of the source-load model under multiple scenarios, the real-time formation probability of islands and the operation of automation equipment under that time period are calculated, and then the reliability of the distribution network is evaluated and the system reliability index is calculated, and finally the effectiveness of the method and model is proved by the IEEE-RBTS BUS6 F4 arithmetic example.
