Low Carbon Operating Power Utilization Strategy for Different Electricity User Groups on the User Side

  • 摘要: “双碳”目标的持续推进为用户侧能源消费提出了新的要求,传统用电方式将逐渐向低碳化、清洁化发展。为了应对用户低碳用电需求,提出一种面向用户侧不同用电群体的低碳运行用电策略。首先,分析用户用电行为特征,结合有损网络的碳排放流理论,构建低碳运行用电策略模型,并制定经济性评价指标。其次,依据节点碳势变化特性,采用蚁狮优化算法对模型进行求解,准确获取不同用户的低碳用电策略。最后,采用IEEE14节点系统对所提模型及方法进行仿真分析,进一步验证所提低碳运行用电策略的有效性。

     

    Abstract: New requirements for energy consumption on the user side have been put forward by the continuous promotion of the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goal, and the traditional electricity consumption methods will gradually develop towards low-carbon and clean. In order to meet the low-carbon electricity demand of users, a low-carbon operation strategy was proposed for different electricity groups of users on the user side. Firstly, the characteristics of user electricity consumption behavior were analyzed, and combined with the theory of carbon emission flow of the lossy network, a low-carbon operation power use strategy model was built, meanwhile, an economic evaluation index was formulated. Secondly, based on the characteristics of node carbon potential changes, the ant-lion optimization algorithm was used to solve the proposed model, accurately obtaining the low-carbon power strategy of different users. Finally, the proposed model and method were simulated and analyzed by using the IEEE14 node system to further verify the effectiveness of the proposed low-carbon operation power strategy.
