The Optimal Configuration of Sharing Energy Storage in New Energy Base Considering Diversified Business Model

  • 摘要: 高比例新能源接入导致系统电力电量平衡困难,电力系统对灵活性调节资源的需求大大增加。储能是提升电力系统灵活性、促进新能源消纳的重要手段。针对目前发电侧储能利用率低、投资回收期长等问题,提出一种基于多元盈利模式的新能源基地共享储能优化配置模型。考虑风光相关性的影响,采用租赁服务协调策略降低新能源场站日前及实时的投标容量偏差,将储能租赁后的剩余容量通过优化组合参与电能量和调频市场获利。建立一个市场环境下的共享储能运营机制并嵌入规划模型,以新能源基地和共享储能年运行成本最小为目标进行优化配置。算例结果表明,所提模型可有效提升共享储能项目收益率并促进新能源消纳,电价机制和风光资源禀赋等因素会对配置结果产生影响。

     

    Abstract: The high proportion of new energy access leads to the power unbalance in electric system, which necessitates an increasing demand for flexible adjustment resources in electric system. Energy storage plays a vital role in enhancing the flexibility of the electric system and promoting the consumption of new energy. To address the issues of low utilization rate and long payback period of energy storage on the power generation side, an optimal configuration model of shared energy storage in new energy base is proposed based on a diversed business model. Considering the correlation between wind and photovoltaic, a leasing coordinated strategy is carried out to mitigate the bid deviation of new energy stations between day ahead and real-time energy markets. Through optimizing combination, the remaining capacity of energy storage is utilized for market energy regulation and makes a profit. An operating mechanism for shared energy storage is established within the electric market environment, and it is embedded into the planning model with the aim for minimizing costs, including those associated with new energy stations and sharing energy storage systems. The results of the instances demonstrate that the optimal configuration model can effectively improve the economy of the energy storage system and promote the consumption of new energy. Moreover, the allocation results have an impact on the electricity price mechanism and wind-solar resource endowment.
