  • 摘要: 输电冗余及其对现代电力市场效率的影响是输电网规划、投资与扩展必须考虑的问题。首先基于现代电力市场效率和交易成本理论构建了现代电力市场效率的综合指标, 然后建立了市场效率、超额利润率与冗余度, 市场效率、交易成本与冗余度的关系模型, 并通过算例就输电冗余对电力市场效率的影响进行详细分析, 最后得出结论:合理的输电冗余不会降低电力市场效率;输电网实现投资最优可促进电力市场效率提高。

     

    Abstract: Transmission redundancy and its influence on modern electricity market efficiency are key issues to be considered during planning, investment and expansion of transmission grid. The comprehensive efficiency indicator of modern market is built based on market efficiency and transaction costs theory, then the relationship models of market efficiency, transmission redundancy, transaction costs and excess profits rate are etestablished. In the end, effects of transmission redundancy on modern electricity market efficiency had been analysed in detail through numerical examples. It can be seen from the conclusions that proper transmission redundancy will not reduce market efficiency and optimizing investment of transmission system will improve market efficiency.
