Design of Unidirectional Data Transmission Equipment for Digital Substation

  • 摘要: IEC61850标准将变电站系统划分为变电站层、间隔层、过程层, 并规范了过程层与间隔层的通信方式。为提高信息传输的可靠性, 降低建设成本, 利用过程层、间隔层之间数据的单向性及以太网物理层芯片DP83849IF, 设计开发一种单输入多输出的数据传输设备, 替换由一个过程层装置向多个间隔层装置发送采样值使用的交换机。测试结果表明误码率和传输延迟指标满足当前变电站建设的需求。

     

    Abstract: The substation system is divided into substation level, bay level and process level by IEC 61850 standard, and communication modes of process level and bay level are standardized. In order to improving the reliability of information transmission and reduce cost, based on the characteristic of data unilateral transmission mode between bay level and process level and the Ethernet physical layer chip DP83849IF, we design a kind of single input multiple output data transmission device to replace the switch used to send data from single process level device to multiple bay level devices. Test results show that the bit error rate and transmission delay index meet the need of current substation development.
