Safety Analysis on Torsional Vibration of Turbogenerator Shafts Under 2Phase ShortCircuit Condition

  • 摘要: 采用改进的雨流法计数模型和修正的线性疲劳累积损伤理论计算两相短路时汽轮发电机组危险部位的寿命损耗, 以适应电厂对寿命损耗实时监测的要求, 并使计算结果更加准确。考虑到发生两相短路时以机组轴系最大扭应力作为轴系扭转振动的评估指标存在一定的局限性, 提出了以疲劳寿命损耗作为轴系危险部位安全性的评估标准, 并结合实例进行了计算分析, 得到了两相短路故障下轴系危险部位疲劳寿命损耗量随时间的变化曲线。

     

    Abstract: Improved rainflow counting method and modified linear cumulative fatigue damage theory are used to calculate life loss in the dangerous area on twophase shortcircuit working condition. It not only meets the requirement of realtime monitoring in the power plant but also makes the result more accurate by this way. Due to the limitations of taking maximum torsional stress as the index of torsional vibration assessment for axis system, this paper proposes fatigue life loss to reflect the safety of dangerous area. An example is given and the curve of fatigue life loss with time under twophase shortcircuit working condition is drawn finally.基金项目:新世纪优秀人才资助计划(NCET080769)
