Study on Evaluation System of Managerial Loss reducing Measures

  • 摘要: 为了找出线损管理中存在的问题, 通过制定对策, 全面做好各项线损管理工作, 达到有效降低管理性线损的目标, 建立了一套比较完善的管理性现状评价体系, 通过自评、他评、上级评3种评分结果的加权综合的打分形式实现对管理工作现状的科学、全面的评估。统计分析了开展各种相关线损管理工作所需要的投入和产出的经济效益, 并首次将分数与投入产出通过明确的量化模型联系起来, 提出以每分的投资效益比最小为原则对降损管理方案进行选择。克服了以往的管理性降损措施量化具有很强模糊性的缺点。算例表明了该方法的合理性及实际价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce managerial loss by enhancing loss management, a set of relatively complete managerial status evaluation system is built, which can evaluate the management status scientifically and comprehensively based on scoring by weighted sums for three scores of self assessment, other assessment and higher assessment. Investment and economic benefit for developing all kinds of loss management are analyzed firstly. Then explicit quantitative model is used to build relationship between scores and investment & economic benefit, and managerial loss reducing strategy is determined by the minimum ratio of investment to benefit per point, which can solve the problem of fuzziness in previous management measures. Finally, example shows the rationality and practical value of the evaluation system and proposed model.
