The Research on Broadband Window VFTO Measuring Sensor in GIS

  • 摘要: 针对武汉特高压实验基地1100kV特高压GIS实验回路, 设计了一宽频带窗口式快速暂态过电压(VFTO)测量传感器, 以准确测量其隔离开关操作引起的VFTO。该传感器基于电容分压器的原理, 低压臂为平板式薄膜电容, 高压臂为GIS导杆与低压电极的分布电容。研究表明, 该传感器不仅能较好地响应50Hz工频信号, 而且能够准确测量纳秒级的快速信号。实测结果表明, 在该1100kV特高压GIS实验回路下, 隔离开关操作产生的VFTO上升时间约为10ns, 基本振荡频率为563kHz、1.37MHz, 并叠加了7.8MHz和13.2MHz的高频振荡。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a broadband window sensor is developed to measure the very fast transient over voltages (VFTO) that caused by the operation of the disconnecting switch in 1100 kV GIS model of UHV experimental base. Based on the theory of capacitive voltage divider, flat\|plate films capacity is used on low voltage side, and distributed capacity of GIS conducting rod and low\|voltage electrode is applied to high voltage side. The experiment is carried out by using of 1100kV UHV GIS. Experimental results show that the rise time of VFTO is 10ns, and the main vibration frequency is 563kHz and 1.37MHz, on which the high\|frequency oscillation with 7.8MHz and 13.2MHz is superimposed.
