The Optimization of Coordinated Control System Under AGC Mode forSupercritical Generation Unit Based on “Two Documents”

  • 摘要: 为满足华北电网“两个细则”自动发电量控制(AGC)的要求, 以大同第二发电厂三期工程为例, 提出了超临界机组的AGC协调优化控制策略。该优化控制策略在汽机主控中加入了微分信号回路, 使汽轮机侧能够快速响应负荷的变化;对负荷速率环节进行修正, 当负荷与压力的综合工况改变时, 提高负荷变化速率;在压力设定中引入了保持策略, 避免了压力偏差大时的波动;用水煤比和压力偏差对锅炉主控前馈进行校正, 缩短了锅炉侧的响应时间;在给水控制中加入了过热度调节, 有利于压力的变化, 避免了水量波动。文中对控制策略优化前后的数据进行比较, 证明了优化后机组AGC性能指标有较大提高。这表明优化控制提高了超临界机组的AGC协调控制能力, 能够适应“两个细则”的要求, 可以争取到一定的补偿。

     

    Abstract: As the background of Datong Second Power Plant Third Project, to satisfy the “Two Documents” of North China Grid Company Limited, the optimization of coordinated control system under Automatic Generation Control(AGC) Mode for Supercritical Generation Unit is investgated. The differential signal is added to turbine master, so the turbine can response to the change of load quickly; with revising the load rate, while the condition for load and press alters, the speed is improved; the keeping strategy is used in the press setting to avoid the pressure up and down; the water\|fuel ratio and pressure deviation are introduced to the boiler master feed\|forward, and decrease the response time of boiler; the overheating adjustment is configured in the feed water system, benefitting for the pressure and water. Comparing the data before and after, it is obvious that the AGC index of unit have a great improvment. A certain of compensation may be received because of the optimization that improves the control ability of CCS under AGC, adapting to the Two Documents.
