某变电站10kV零序电压回路极性问题分析

Research on Polarity Problem of 10kV Zero SequenceVoltage Circuit in Certain Substation

  • 摘要: 以提高电力设备的可靠运行为目的, 针对一起变电站10kV电压互感器高压侧熔断器熔断的故障情况, 详细分析了10kV零序电压回路的极性问题, 绘出了零序电压矢量图, 对系统通常出现的零序二次电压异常情况进行了归纳、分析, 发现高压侧熔断器熔断的根本原因在于零序二次电压回路的极性错误, 进而提出了一种验证零序电压回路极性正确性的方法, 并据此对存在问题的二次回路逐一排查。结果表明, 本文检验方法简单实用、安全可靠, 可以在电力系统的二次验收过程中采用并推广。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve reliability of power equipments, the fault case of fuse melting at higher voltage side of voltage transformer in 10kV substation is investigated and analyzed in this paper. Then the polarity problem of 10kV zero sequence voltage circuit is analyzed, and zero sequence voltage space vectorgraph is given. The abnormal conditions of zero sequence secondary voltage that generally occurs in power system are summarized, and the cause of fuse melting at voltage transformer high\|voltage side is found to be the wrong polarity for zero sequence secondary voltage circuit. A new method which can verify correctness of polarity for the zero sequence voltage circuit is proposed, and secondary circuits with problems are examined one by one. The results show that the proposed method is simple, practical, safe and effective, which can be applied to inspection process of second protection.
