输电网变压器负荷转移方案评价研究

Research on Optimized Decision\|Making of Load Transfer UnderTransformer Fault in Power Grid

  • 摘要: 变压器故障或者N-1检修情况下快速高效的负荷转移是保证供电的有效措施之一。一般凭经验获得的负荷转移方案是可行方案, 如何快速求取最优方案是亟待解决的问题。文中针对电网故障下负荷转移的特点、问题以及系统安全运行的约束, 提出基于快速性、经济性及稳定性因素的优化决策模型, 并利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定最优负荷转移方案, 为现场的调度人员提供决策依据。最后以国内某电网为例进行仿真, 结果表明本文提出的负荷转移优化决策方法具有可行性、快速性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Load transfer is one of effective measures to guarantee the security of power supply under transformer fault or N-1 maintenance. The load transfer scheme obtained by experience is feasible. How to get the optimized scheme rapidly is a critical issue. As to the characteristics of load transfer and the constraints of system security operation, the optimal decision-making model which considers such factors as swiftness, economy and stability is proposed in this paper, and the optimized load transfer scheme is obtained by use of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP), which provides a scientific decision reference for dispatchers. In the end, the feasibility, fastness and effectiveness of this optimized decision-making method for load transfer are verified through an example of a regional power grid.
