热量表自动检定系统设计

Design of Automatic Verification System for Heat Meter

  • 摘要: 设计了一种可以检定多种口径热量表的多功能自动检定系统。该系统由热水流量检测系统、温差检测系统、数据检测系统和自动控制系统等部分组成。在检定中, 热水流量检测系统给试验管路供以循环水, 温差检测系统模拟实际的入口和出口温度, 数据检测系统和自动控制系统在检定过程中采集相关流量, 温度等信号, 依据相关热力学公式计算出标准热量值, 与被检表的热量示值进行比较计算, 从而实现对被检表的检定。实验表明该装置能很好地完成热量表的自动和手动检定。检定系统达到了设计要求, 实现了实时监测, 保存检定记录, 打印报表等功能, 具有自动化程度高、检定管径多、灵活性强等特点。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a design of multifunctional automatic verification system for heat meters with various diameter, and it consists of hot water flow detection system, temperature detection system, data detection system and automatic control system.During detecting process, hot water flow detection system provides circulating water for the test line. Temperature detection system simulates actual inlet and outlet temperature. Data detection system and automatic control system collect flow rate, temperature and other signals during the verification process. According to thermodynamic formulae, the system realizes its verification by calculating the standard heat value and comparing it with heat value of verified heat meter. Experimental results show that the system can conduct the heat meter verification well automatically and manually. The verification system meets the design requirements, realizes the real-time monitoring, record saving, report printing and other functions. The system has the characteristics of a higher degree of automation, more verifying channels and higher flexibility.
