基于综合煤耗最小的跨省发电权交易模型

Trade Model of Interprovincial Generation Rights Based on the Minimization of Integrated Coal\|Consumption

  • 摘要: 针对目前我国跨省发电权交易刚刚起步的现状, 从分析一次能源分布不均导致不同省份的输煤成本不同, 进而对发电成本产生不同影响的特点出发, 提出了跨省发电权交易机制煤耗修正系数, 在此基础上建立了基于修正后综合煤耗最小的跨省发电权交易模型。以华中区域跨省发电权模拟交易为例, 验证了该模型较传统的煤耗最小发电权模型在跨省交易中具有更好的适用性, 会带来更大的综合经济效益, 可以为完善跨省发电权交易机制提供参考。

     

    Abstract: As the interprovincial generation rights trading being just at early\|stage, the corrected index of coal\|consumption in interprovincial generation rights mechanism is proposed based on the difference of coal transportation cost caused by unbalanced distribution of primary energy and characteristics of interprovincial generation rights that influence generation cost. Then the trade model of interprovincial generation rights is built based on the minimization of corrected comprehensive coal\|consumption. Taking the interprovincial generation rights trading in central China power grid as an example, simulation results verify that the proposed model has better suitability than that of traditional coal\|consumption minimization model, which will bring bigger economic profit, and is reference to the mechanism of interprovincial generation rights trading.
