Security Evaluation of Smart Grid Based on AHP\|Entropy Method

  • 摘要: 为了有效衡量智能电网安全水平, 比较不同地区或同一地区在不同时期的电网安全性能, 把握电网发展节奏以实现质量、速度和效益的统一, 本文从接入电源、输电网结构安全、配电网结构安全、高效系统及设备支持、运行安全与稳定、充裕性、抗灾能力等7个方面建立智能电网安全性评价指标体系, 结合组合评价的思想, 采用AHP熵权法对智能电网安全性进行评价, 并用实证佐证指标及方法的有效性。结果表明, 所建立的智能电网安全性评价指标体系整体涵盖电网发展与智能电网建设在电网安全性方面的特点, 可以用于地区间评价, 也可用于同一地区在不同时期的评价。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively measure the security level of smart grid, to compare power network security during different stages in different or same regions, and to grasp the rhythm of power network development to realize the unity of quality, speed and efficiency, the security evaluation index system of smart grid is built from seven aspects, such as power access, structure security of transmission network, structure security of distribution network, efficient systems and equipment support, operation security and stability, adequacy and disaster resistant ability. By the thinking of combinational evaluation, the security of the smart grid is evaluated by AHP\|Entropy method, and the index and effectiveness of the method are verified by example. The results show that the security evaluation index system of smart grid can embody whole characteristics of development of power grid and security of power grid during construction of smart grid, which can be applied to inter\|regional evaluation and the same area evaluation at different stages.
